Went on a 7 day gulet cruise from Marmaris to Fethiye and back on ‘Perla del Mar’. Loved it. The crew were great fun in spite of not speaking much English. The food was delicious and plentiful – breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner – drinks are extra which is usual practice (approx cost – wine 17 euros, Efes beer 2.5 euros). The cabins are compact but clean and comfortable. Best take small or foldable bags as storage space is limited. Bear in mind that if you’re very tall you may prefer to sleep on deck! We visited some beautiful bays with excellent snorkelling. There is a kayak on board and snorkelling equipment for general use although some people chose to bring their own. There are enough sun beds on deck for everyone and shade if you prefer. One night when it was a little windy, they closed the plastic “walls” on deck before dinner so it was very cosy. Great company – very efficient and well organised
